Good Morning Family!
TODAY’S SCRIPTURE
“And He took the five loaves and the two fish… and they all ate and were filled.” — Luke 9:16–17
LEFTOVERS
There are seasons when life doesn’t leave us whole. Disappointments break pieces off. Loss takes its share. Sin, fear, and weariness leave us fragmented.
Sometimes all we have left are the pieces.
Yet Scripture shows us something profound.
God does His best work with fragments.
A boy didn’t bring Jesus a banquet. He brought leftovers. Five loaves. Two fish. Broken, ordinary, and insufficient in the natural.
But when placed in Jesus’ hands, the pieces were blessed, broken, and multiplied.
This is the mercy of God:
Even when all you have left is what remains after the battle, He can still restore, redeem, and overflow it.
We often disqualify ourselves, thinking we need to be healed first, fixed first, stronger first. But God says, “Bring Me what you have.”
Bring the pieces of your faith.
Bring the remnants of your hope.
Bring the parts of your heart that still believe—even if they’re small.
When we hand God our leftovers, we discover something holy:
What is broken in our hands becomes abundant in His.
Watch what the Lord does when you surrender what’s left.
He doesn’t shame fragments.
HE MULTIPLIES THEM.
PRAYER 🙏🏽
Father, we place into Your hands the pieces of our lives—the parts that feel incomplete, weary, or worn. Take what remains and breathe Your life into it. Restore what was lost. Multiply what is small. We trust You with what we have left. In Jesus’ name, amen.
HAVE A BLESSED DAY!
