This site is operated by Life of Virtue, 7310 Sugar Ridge Rd, Corpus Christi, TX 78413, United States. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Life of Virtue.
Placing an order
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We confirm it by email and by beginning production. We may refuse or cancel an order for any reasonable cause, including suspected fraud, a pricing error, or a product becoming unavailable. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.
Pricing and availability
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Product images are as accurate as we can make them, but colors can vary between screens and between print runs, and garment measurements can vary slightly. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you rather than fulfil it.
Made to order
Every item is printed for you after you order. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page before ordering, particularly regarding sizing, because we cannot accept returns for items that simply do not fit.
Shipping and delivery
See our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package is handed to a carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.
Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, logos, text and images on this site are owned by Life of Virtue and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for commercial purposes without our written permission. Buying a product gives you the product, not the rights to the artwork on it.
Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to interfere with the site’s operation, or to scrape or copy our content for commercial use.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or to this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
