Shipping Policy

How our products are made

Every item is printed to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting, which means each order is produced specifically for you after you place it. Our products are made and shipped by our print partner, Printful, from their facilities in the United States and Europe.

Production time

Orders take 2 to 5 business days to produce before they ship. This is separate from shipping time.

Shipping time

Once your order leaves the facility:

• United States (Standard): 3 to 4 business days
• United States (Express): 1 to 3 business days
• International (Standard): 5 to 20 business days
• International (Express): 1 to 3 business days

So a typical US order arrives roughly 5 to 9 business days after you place it. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout for your specific address.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the actual cost for your items and destination. You will see the exact amount before you pay. We do not add a markup to shipping.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Prices are shown in US dollars and charged in US dollars.

International orders, customs and duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by your country. These are not included in your order total and are your responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them. Customs policies vary widely, so please check with your local customs office if you are unsure.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we can reship it, but the reshipping cost is your responsibility.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If a package is genuinely lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will make it right.
